Shipping & Refunds Policy

Acceptable Payment Methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.

First Time Orders: In an effort to protect ourselves as well as cardholders from fraud, we ask that first time customers ship to the billing address of the credit card. Once customer history is established, orders may ship wherever you like. If unavoidable, we naturally will work on a case-by-case basis in an effort to get your order out. Thank you in advance for your understanding on this matter.

Shipping: Shipping rates are based on actual carrier charges. Minimum Orders: No minimum order required! Order as little or as much as you need for your business.  We reserve the right to change the shipping carrier used to deliver your items if the order will arrive sooner with USPS or UPS. International shipping amounts do NOT include customs duties or taxes charged by the recipients country.

Processing Time: Orders received by 2:00p EST will be shipped the same day with FedEx. Orders received after this deadline will be shipped the following business day. We do not process orders on Saturday, Sunday or feredal holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday (unless it is a federal holiday).

Refunds/Exchanges: Prior to returning any items for a refund or exchange, you MUST call our office to get an RGA (Return goods authorization) number. Please write the RGA number on the outside of the box. Boxes returned without an RGA will not be accepted from the shipper. ON ALL RETURNS, PARTS MUST BE IN NEW, UNUSED CONDITION. We do NOT offer refunds on any partial film rolls. Returns will only be accepted on the full 100 feet rolls (not 25, 50 or 75 feet rolls). There is a 30% restocking fee on all returns. Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.  An order number or sales receipt must be provided for a refund. Shipping costs are not refunded. When the order arrives it is the purchaser's responsibility to be certain all the parts are included and the order is accurate. If an order is not complete or inaccurate the purchaser will have 14 days to contact us about the missing and/or inaccurate parts. We are not responsible for any missing or inaccurate parts after 14 days of the shipments arrival date. All orders will be inspected before a refund or exchange is given.
